Annual employee engagement survey results demonstrated a need to focus on improving ‘Personal Growth’ measures. This resulted in the business engaging our support, via the Human Resources Director (HRD) to assist with:

A detailed analysis of the statistical findings of the survey in addition to verbatim comments highlighted that the business would most certainly benefit from an objective career pathway; helping staff better understand how they could move into more senior positions and what the requirements were for promotion opportunities in addition to selection processes.
​
A robust career pathway was developed using job analysis, job redesign and focus group strategies; working closely with the Managing Director, Business Managers and Talent Development Managers. In addition, a salary benchmarking project was completed with new job descriptions developed for each role.

The findings, which were well received by the Leadership team and the staff members, were then presented back to the business and implemented across the division.
