“ I cannot thank Sarah enough for her time energy and unwavering dedication in supporting the team at 'Fertility Matters at Work'. We will be forever indebted to her."
I was approached by a Director of Fertility Matters at Work about their training programme. It was in development but needed some more evidence based research to back up the content being delivered.
The training was due to be delivered to several businesses to create awareness of fertility issues, the impact of the issues on mental and physical wellbeing, in addition to helping businesses identify what they could do differently to help support people going through this journey.
I worked with the Director to understand what they wanted to achieve, where I can add the most value and I designed and implemented a research project to deliver the results they needed.
The survey I designed to obtain qualitative and quantitative feedback was distributed on several social media platforms. Over 100 people responded and the data was analysed using a statistical programme. 20+ follow up telephone interviews were then conducted to add depth to the findings, and to gather some evidence for story telling within the training programme. All findings were then presented in a branded report for the business to extract information from as when they required for the roll out of their programme.
"Sarah was instrumental in gaining valuable feedback and research for 'fertility matters at work'. She dealt with the entire project with the sensitivity and respect it deserved and managed to pull out some credible data that we will be able to use as a lever for much needed changes within the workplace.
Sarah was professional and empathetic throughout and regularly kept me up to date with progress. More importantly she would work collaboratively with me at all times making suggestions to improve the project and would use her skills and knowledge to ensure that the outcome to the original objective was the absolute best we could get.
I cannot thank Sarah enough for her time energy and unwavering dedication in supporting the team at 'Fertility Matters at Work'. We will be forever indebted to her. "
