Business Project:
I was approached by a Director of Fertility Matters at Work about their training programme. It was in development but needed some more evidence based research to back up the content being delivered.
The training was due to be delivered to several businesses to create awareness of fertility issues, the impact of the issues on mental and physical wellbeing, in addition to helping businesses identify what they could do differently to help support people going through this journey.
I worked with the Director to understand what they wanted to achieve, where I can add the most value and I designed and implemented a research project to deliver the results they needed.
Result:
The survey I designed to obtain qualitative and quantitative feedback was distributed on several social media platforms. Over 100 people responded and the data was analysed using a statistical programme. 20+ follow up telephone interviews were then conducted to add depth to the findings, and to gather some evidence for story telling within the training programme. All findings were then presented in a branded report for the business to extract information from as when they required for the roll out of their programme.
