When the government issued information pertaining to the changes in data protection and the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations, Sarah was asked to support the business via the Business Founder.
A thorough project was conducted to understand the new legislation and where the opportunities were for the business across all areas including Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance and Clinical teams. A suite of policies, processes and tools were developed to meet the requirements of the changes in legislation in addition to e-learning bespoke to the business and face to face training for the teams. The key to this project was sustainability of the initiatives- a year on from the project implementation date, the business is now fully utilising the tools and tracking processes with a lot of these now automated into existing business processes and compliance procedures.
