Business Project:

I was approached by the Managing Director to complete a research project designed to validate the existing Strengthscope Leadership Tool. The work including using a statistical programme. (SPSS) to conduct the validation.

Result:

I conducted a number of statistical analyses across a database of quantitative data, provided by the business. The data was split various ways to obtain the most relevant statistics. The results were then written up an presented in a comprehensive report. These findings will help provide internal and external marketing material on the validity and credibility of this tool for the leadership population.
