After a top level annual engagement survey was conducted, the Managing Director and Human Resource Director wanted to gain better insight into how the team felt about specific measures in more detail, such as;

The results were analysed and Sarah met with key stakeholders to better understand what was required and what the business wanted to gain from the project. The project design was shared with the business and milestones agreed. Several bespoke focus group sessions were conducted across Bristol and Scotland in collaboration with the National Training Manager, in order to gain a better understanding of the results and thoughts, feelings and engagement levels of the people in the business inline with the key measures as well as proposed solutions. From this, research was conducted to identify additional solutions and the findings were presented back to the business. The business then rolled out the quick wins in addition to a phased roll out of the longer-term strategic interventions.
