The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the professional body for Human Resources, as is the British Psychological Society (BPS) for Psychology Graduates. Each of their memberships represents a benchmark for professional standards within the sector and require a firm commitment for Continued Professional Development (CPD). As a professional member registered with either the CIPD or BPS you have a personal responsibility to keep up your knowledge, skills, and personal development and to complete CPD that helps to identify and achieve your career objectives.
